  • Creation of HR strategy of the company;
  • Creation of a training system and a program for the development of the company's top management;
  • Formation / adjustment of the company's structure, optimization of business processes through the prism of HRM;

Requirements for candidates

  • Similar HRD - 2 years experience
  • English - intermediate level
