Responsibilities:
Support for business users (internal) through various communication channels
Helping business users to use the system
Training and adaptation of users.
Collection of own feedback / user experience and transfer to the team
Monitor system activity, resolve issues or escalate to different teams
Solving any technical and organizational issues (according to predetermined plans or ad-hoc)
