  • Support for business users (internal) through various communication channels
  • Helping business users to use the system
  • Training and adaptation of users.
  • Collection of own feedback / user experience and transfer to the team
  • Monitor system activity, resolve issues or escalate to different teams
  • Solving any technical and organizational issues (according to predetermined plans or ad-hoc)
