We are looking for an ambitious, young, creative, energetic manager who will launch an exclusive product on the European market for the launch and development of the Investplatforma fintech product in the EU.

This is an online investment platform that is part of an international financial group. We focus on investing in P2P consumer loans - one of the fastest growing areas of finance in Europe. Our new online technologies allow us to offer our clients higher returns compared to other investment classes such as savings accounts.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience;
  • Work experience in Fintech projects;
  • Work experience in R2R business;
  • Experience in digital marketing (knowledge of tools is a must) or online sales;
  • Experience in IT product development;
  • Team building experience;
  • Startup launch experience.

Functionality:

  • Product development (system and cost of investment attraction and investment cost);
  • IT implementation of the product;
  • Obtaining a license to conduct activities in the EU;
  • Formation and protection of the financial model of the product/project (together with the financial director or analyst);
  • Development of UTP product;
  • Formation of proposals regarding the project development strategy in the short and long term, as well as its protection before the shareholder;
  • Development of a marketing strategy and ways/channels of promotion to attract investments and find borrowers;
  • Formation and management of a multifunctional team (IT, marketing, analytics, finance);
  • Monthly budgeting, resource management;
  • Ensuring the implementation of key KPIs of the project within the framework of the agreed; financial model, direct responsibility for project profitability.
