And now we are looking for a highly qualified Head of the Legal Department in Poland.
We consider candidates who have:
- higher education in the specialty of Law, obtained from Polish universities (and this is a mandatory condition).
- excellent knowledge of the Law "On Consumer Credit".
- work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- knowledge of the Polish language at the highest level.
Your duties will include:
- Organization of the work of the legal department and management of legal issues of business in Poland.
- Taking measures to increase the efficiency of the work of the legal department.
- Legal support of priority tasks (counterclaims, verification of UOKiK, ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation on the protection and security of personal data).
- Ensuring timely submission of changes to the state registers of Poland.
- Communication with external counterparties on strategic issues.
- Filling vacancies in the legal department.
- Control and reporting on assigned tasks.
