Capitalko is a high-tech startup providing short-term investments to small and medium-sized businesses. The process of consideration of the application takes place completely automatically and is based on the analysis of data on advertising (Google, Yandex, Facebook, etc.), eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, etc.) and other accounting and accounting systems of the client.

An important feature of the investment is the absence of collateral, obligations to alienate the share of ownership of the company, as well as any requirements for the reputation of the owner of the business. The investment conditions are not based on fixed payments, but on the payment of a certain share of the company's current profit (less profit - less payment amount, no profit - no payments).

In connection with the active development, we are inviting the SRT of the project to our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical positions (lead developer, chief architect or technical director) - from 5 years.
  • Experience in launching projects in foreign markets.
  • Experience in building highly effective development teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, implementing fast and efficient technical solutions.
  • Experience in managing the technical development of projects created in different programming languages.
  • Experience with WEB applications based on the .NET stack - from 5 years: ASP.NET (MVC, API), C # and JavaScript.
  • Deep understanding of SQL and database developers, preferably MS SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ.
  • Communication skills to mentor and manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Interaction skills with product teams and top management.
  • Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Desirable:

  • Experience with SOA, Redis, RabbitMQ.
  • Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL will be a plus.
  • Experience with SCRUM/AGILE methodology.
  • Knowledge of WCF, Regexp, Multithreading will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JS frameworks (e.g. jQuery, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Functional responsibilities
  • Development of an IT strategy in accordance with the overall business strategy of the Holding.
  • Audit of technological actions of the holding. Internal technical arbitration.
  • The choice of technologies used in a particular project. Evaluation of these technologies in terms of financial and time costs.
  • Estimation of the duration and complexity of projects.
  • Planning and building development processes.
  • Ensuring the pace and quality of development at the highest possible level.
  • Selection and use of support systems for development and administration.
  • Expert proposals for architecture or specific technical solutions.
  • Management of the IT department of the Holding, all IT departments of all the Holding's businesses, providing coordination and guidance, as well as interaction with the business to ensure that the needs of the business are met, as well as to close the problems that have arisen.
  • Analysis of complex IT problems and their elimination, change or adaptation of methods and techniques existing on the market.
  • Organization of training of the company's personnel in IT services and work in systems.
  • Digitalization of business processes, use of new technologies.
  • Construction and implementation of an online monitoring system for key performance indicators of the IT department.
  • Operational user support and the maximum allowable automation of the processes of managing the IT infrastructure of the Holding and business.
  • Ensuring the required level of information security, including through operational monitoring of risks and the current configuration of the IT infrastructure and individual elements. Management of technical risks in projects.
  • Leadership and management of the team, determination of the team structure, role and targets in cooperation with the management of the Holding.
  • Recruitment and development of IT team members; support for their motivation and control over the implementation of tasks; performance evaluation.
