Functional duties:
- Processing and resolving appeals from CRM/IP-telephony users, control of service quality and resolution terms, communication with business customers;
- Collection and formalization of requirements (business requirements, functional requirements)
- Support and development of the enterprise's distributed telephony system and contact center (Asterisk 13.xx, Asterisk 16.xx, Oktell);
- Integration of IP telephony with CRM, 1C, use of AMI, ARI Asterisk;
- Administration of communication providers, connection of trunks, SIP numbers; modification of recruitment plan;
- Resolution of incidents in the work of all call centers (FLS, SLS);
- Administration of CRM systems and accompanying software (CRM Delta-M, Oktell, user terminal servers, MicroSIP, Asterisk);
- Support of the process of regular updates and development of CRM Delta-M, Oktell;
- Writing/optimizing SQL queries, developing scripts/procedures in the MS SQL database;
- testing of new modules, integrations and additions to CRM Delta-M, Oktell, 1C, etc.;
- Communication with developers, system administrators, etc. in case of detection of system errors, control of their correction;
