Your areas of responsibility:

  • Search and selection of candidates according to the recruiting process;
  • Closing of vacancies according to the application and requirements of the customer;
  • Evaluation of candidates by professional qualities and risk prediction;
  • Participation in the HR processes of the company.
  • Your performance indicators:
  • Successful closing of vacancies from 3-6 per month, the employee passed the Internship and Probation period;
  • Automation of the recruiting process.

What we expect:

  • Mandatory experience in recruiting from 2 years, IT recruiter from 1 year
  • Selection and headhunting of highly qualified IT personnel, as well as filling vacancies for narrow specialists and top-level specialists;
  • Independent experience of closing Middle and Senior level positions;
  • Experience in managing at least 5 vacancies at the same time;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the processes of finding and attracting technical specialists;
  • Proficiency with search and recruitment tools;
  • Experience with Job resources and recruitment tools;
  • Use creative and innovative approaches to finding candidates;
  • Focus on results, quick involvement in the work process;
  • Stress resistance and positive thinking;
  • Ability to multi-task and approach problem solving in a non-standard way;
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation and objection handling experience;
  • Correct oral and written language.
