Required skills:
Experience on the similar position;
Good knowledge of Polish (is a must);
Ability to quickly solve crisis and extraordinary situations (is a must);
Experience with statistical analysis and reporting;

Responsibilities:
Organization of the contact center work;
Responsibility for your team’s results;
Ensuring that KPI’s are reached;
Quality control of customer service (writing scripts, control of the customers’ feedback, etc);
Analyze and monthly report to the top management;
Optimization of the contact center work;
Participation in the recruiting and training of new staff.
