Required skills:

  • Experience on the similar position;
  • Good knowledge of Polish (is a must);
  • Ability to quickly solve crisis and extraordinary situations (is a must);
  • Experience with statistical analysis and reporting;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Skills of process optimization; 
  • Experience in sales would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

    • Organization of the contact center work;
    • Responsibility for your team’s results;
    • Ensuring that KPI’s are reached;
    • Quality control of customer service (writing scripts, control of the customers’ feedback, etc);
    • Analyze and monthly report to the top management;
    • Optimization of the contact center work;
    • Participation in the recruiting and training of new staff.
